The goal of the homepage of the Central Bank of Hungary (MNB) is to ease the public the access of certain regulated information disclosed by institutions and/or natural persons liable for publication defined by the: Act CXX of 2001 on the Capital Market (Tpt.), Act CXXXVIII of 2007 on Investment Firms and Commodity Dealers and on the Regulations Governing their Activities (Bszt.), Act XVI of 2014 on Collective Investment Trusts and Their Managers, and on the Amendment of Financial Regulations (Kbftv.) and Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC (MAR) and its implementing regulations. Another aim of the homepage is to ensure a surface for the above-mentioned entities for their publications. Our goal is to publish exact information with great actuality. The MNB does not accept any liability or obligation for the content of the documents published on this website.
